Could Amazon’s Second Headquarters Come To Washington?

Amazon is searching for a second company headquarters, where it plans to invest $5 billion in construction and operation and will hire as many as 50,000 full-time workers. North American cities have until October 19 to make their pitches. Could a city in the Washington region be the right fit? If so, what kind of incentives could the region offer Amazon, and how much of an economic impact would the new development have on locals?
